The Ministry of Justice announced on Dec. 3, 2025 to further expand the scope of cross-Strait, Hong Kong- and Macao-related civil cases that can be represented by lawyers from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan who hold the mainland legal professional qualification and mainland lawyer's practice.
