On July 18, 2025, China’s National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) released the “Measures for the Expedited Examination of Trademark Registration Applications "(hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"). 

The "Measures"mainly include：

1.Situations Eligible for Fast-Track Examination;

2.Conditions for Applying for Fast-Track Examination;

3. Application Materials and Process.

The "Measures" provide for completing examination within 20 working days of approval of a request for expedited examination.
