On April 25, as the 25th World Intellectual Property Day approached, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) held its Open Day event for the 20th consecutive year.

At the event, CNIPA's relevant departments released typical cases of administrative IP protection, top ten cases and outstanding cases of IP information services, top ten cases of patent reexamination and invalidation, and typical cases of trademark opposition and review for 2024. 15 regional venues across the country were connected via video links. Each regional venue hosted a variety of exciting and engaging Open Day activities.
