Typical Cases on Combating Malicious IP Litigation Released

Recently, China’s Supreme People’s Court (SPC) released five Typical Cases on Combating Malicious Intellectual Property Litigation.

Typical cases are used to guide lower courts and promote consistent legal application across China.
