Supplementary documents and specific rules for implementing the newly revised Trademark Law and the amended regulation on integrated circuit layout designs are currently being developed, according to an official from China's top intellectual property regulator at a sub-forum of this year's China Intellectual Property Annual Conference, held in Beijing.

For instance, the implementation rules and examination guidelines for the Trademark Law are being intensively revised, while the implementation details associated with the regulations on the protection of integrated circuit layout designs are also being modified.
